Starting January 1, 2025 the rates will be as follows:

Individual Counselling session $180; Youth Intake Counselling session $250; Youth Follow Up Counselling session $180; Family Counseling session $210; Couples Counselling session $250 (80 minutes); Couple Counselling session $210 (50 minutes).

This adjustment allows us to continue providing you with the highest quality of care and support. If you have any questions or need assistance with your therapy plan, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your well-being remains our top priority.

Sound Bath

A sound bath is a meditative experience during which a group of people lie down and listen to resonant sounds. It often involves singing bowls, which create an echoing sound that feels like it fills the room.

Sylwia Domanski is a Registered Psychotherapist and she completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology in 2008 at Yorkville University and has experience with providing disability management and psychotherapy (counselling) to individuals and couples.

Amanda is a Registered Psychotherapist and Child and Youth Care Practitioner who has been working with children, youth, and families with complex needs for over 10 years. She has a passion for helping build and strengthen young people to become empowered as their best advocate, and helping parents navigate complicated relational interactions with their children. Amanda has an Honours Diploma from Humber College, and an Undergraduate and Master’s Degree from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), and became a Registered Psychotherapist in 2017.

Bryony is a Registered Social Worker who has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. Bryony holds a Master of Social Work degree, as well as a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Development Studies. She supports individuals through a solution-focused, strengths-based approach to care, while utilizing components from a variety of therapy modalities including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness-based therapy.

Bryony strives to create a safe non-judgmental space for healing and growth. She believes that each person is their own expert, and feels honoured to walk alongside individuals as they learn to harness their personal strengths to create meaningful change in their lives.

After giving birth to her first child in March 2023, Bryony developed a special interest in perinatal mental health issues and decided to pursue professional development opportunities in this area. She completed a 32-hour Perinatal Mental Health training program through Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Trainings (CPMHT). Bryony is deeply passionate about supporting individuals from the pregnancy to postpartum period around issues related to perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, preparing for birth and the transition to parenthood.
